Return Policy

Custom & Bespoke Jewelry

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry sales are final. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Ready-To-Ship Jewelry

Ready-To-Ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition with ALL accompanying documentation and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or bespoke jewelry

Personalized items

Resized rings

Loose Diamonds or gemstones

Special-order items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

 

Sustainable High-End Elegance reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Any and all legitimate purchases that result in fraudulent chargebacks will be result in legal action.
