Each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or custom designed, shipping times may vary.

PROCESSING TIMES

Custom jewelry:

Custom and bespoke pieces typically require 4-8 weeks for production prior to shipment unless otherwise stated.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry:

Ready-to-Ship items generally ship within 3-5 business days.

Once your order is completed, you will receive tracking information via email.

SHIPPING METHODS

All fine jewelry orders are shipped fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. The shipping carrier may vary at the discretion of Sustainable High-End Elegance.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

To protect both our clients and our business, all fine jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be redirected once shipped.

INSURANCE

All shipments are insured while in transit. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we may assist with the claims process.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Clients/customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 

Sustainable High-End Elegance is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

ORDER COMPLETION

Responsibility for the package transfers to the client/customer upon confirmed delivery and signature acceptance at the shipping address provided during checkout.
