CUSTOM JEWELRY ORDERS

All custom and made-to-order jewelry is created specifically for the client and is considered final sale.

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable and secure design time, sourcing, and production costs.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Estimated completion dates are estimates only.

Production time may be affected by:

Supplier delays
Shipping delays
Customs processing
Material Availability
Sustainable High-End Elegance is not liable to delays outside of its control.

RING SIZING

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate ring size. Sizing adjustments may incur additional fees. Custom rings resized after delivery may void certain warranties if performed by a third party.

LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS & GEMSTONES

All diamonds and gemstones may exhibit natural characteristics, inclusions, growth patterns, or variations that make each stone unique. Product images are representative and may not reflect the exact stone received.

Due to the handmade nature of fine jewelry

Gold weight may vary slightly
Dimensions may vary slightly
Finished appearance may vary slightly

WARRANTY

Sustainable High-End Elegance provides a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not include:

Normal wear and tear
Lost stones
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Improper care
Third-party repairs or alterations

CLIENT-SUPPLIED STONES

Sustainable High-End Elegance reserves the right to decline setting client-supplied stones.

CHARGEBACKS

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to all product specifications, pricing, timelines, and policies. Initiating a chargeback for legitimate purchases will result in legal action.
